Here is a quick n' easy yet healthy breakfast to add to the list (if you love eggs)



2 Egg whites
1 whole egg
2 tablespoons 1% non fat small curd cottage cheese

Blend all ingredients in bowl with mixer.
Spray skillet with either a light cooking spray or use a small amount of butter to coat pan then just cook as if you are making regular scrambled eggs.
These come out super light and fluffy and have a phenom taste!
